Refund and Returns Policy

At Furmax, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully review our refund and returns policy outlined below.

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange after this 30-day period.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Address: Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer. Contact us for the correct return address.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, etc.)
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us via email.

Items Marked as Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Items Not Marked as Gifts: If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Deductions: If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Insurance: For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
